We are currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate eCommerce Marketing Manager to own the overall planning, execution of the customer experience, focused on driving transactional interactions and customer engagement. Work with internal and external customers to support, promote, and identify web solutions for the Ariens Company brands.


1) Develop and maintain the company brand building messages and eCommerce efforts by posting and creating content in the following areas:
• All Ariens Company public websites
• Intranet/Extranets
• Social networking sites and links
• Digital media assets related to online applications

2) Acts as an integral component of the Ariens Company Marketing department:
• Responsible for all Ariens Company websites from a look and feel standpoint and user functionality
• Maintain consistency of branded websites while recommending changes to improve customer experience and improved business results
• Collaborate with rest of marketing communication staff to ensure proper web publishing

3) Perform system administration for web applications in the areas of security, user maintenance, and software configuration files.

4) Create and execute strategy around ecommerce opportunities to take advantage of industry trends and the customer brand and purchasing experience.
• Collect and analyze date to evaluate existing and potential online markets
• Use traffic tracking applications to recognize user patterns and trends to help formulate effective marketing techniques

5) Monitor and track usage of all Ariens web applications. This includes:
• Tracking and reporting website usage
• Improve search engine ranking
• Monitor user issues and provide appropriate responses to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

6) Responsible for add-ons, upgrades, and enhancements to current web related software in conjunction with corporate IT department.

7) Develop workflows and standard work procedures for web publishing.

 8) Performs other duties which may include:
• Maintain Ariens Company security and IT guidelines in regards to systems integration
• Provide assistance as needed to Ariens marketing and sales teams
• Work with outside agencies as required to execute strategy within budgets

Job Requirements


• Minimum of 7 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Experience working with design software and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Prior experience working with the following or similar software in HTML, XHTML, ASP, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Flash, Sharepoint, In Design, Acrobat, Windows XP, and Mac OS
