We are currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate Machine Operator to operate fabrication machines while following set standards.

$2,000 RELOCATION ALLOWANCE AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFYING CANDIDATES

**CANDIDATES STARTING BEFORE SEPT 1, 2017 WILL RECEIVE A $2,000 RELOCATION ALLOWANCE ON THEIR FIRST PAYCHECK**

**STATE AND FEDERAL TAXES WILL APPLY**

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Safe operation of machine and tools.
  2. Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles.
  3. Verify parts are being made correctly with functional gauges/devices.
  4. Complete required paperwork (In Process Verification's, production control charts and others as required by work center).
  5. Proper operating techniques that do no cause machine damage and/or excessive tool wear. 
  6. Perform TPM (Total Productvie Maintenance) tasks to standard work.
  7. Operate machine or tool to standard work.
  8. Interpret Blue prints to produce parts to print specification.
  9. Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals.
  10. Ability to problem solve effectively.



Job Requirements

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of a High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Working knowledge of Blue Print reading
  • Capable of performing multiple fabrication processes adhering to standard work

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
  • Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
  • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
  • Desire for personal development and growth
  • Ability to work as part of a team
