We are currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate Warranty Claims Administrator to adjudicate warranty claims submitted by Ariens/Gravely dealers. Verify information submitted to insure compliance with warranty policies and procedures. Review failed parts to identify defects in materials or workmanship. Assist dealers with warranty process via phone, email, CRM, or visits. Perform data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement.



  1. Process warranty claims within the time frame established by management. Insure presence of defect by reviewing text, photos, or failed parts. Verify that parts and labor requests are appropriate for the repair. Refuse/return claims when necessary.
  2. Maintain Flat Rate Tables to insure proper labor compensation as well as vendor bill-back.
  3. Receive and inspect failed parts to verify defect, and identify root cause of failure. Work with other departments to insure corrective action. Return ineligible parts to dealers.
  4. Assist dealers with questions regarding Ariens/Gravely warranty policies and procedures.
  5. Perform in-depth data analysis and produce reports to assist in warranty reduction and continuous improvement.
  6. Develop a dealer audit process to insure dealer compliance to Company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field (Quality, Engineering, Industrial, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office, Showcase Query, and ability to demonstrate statistical analysis capabilities



  • Hands on experience in repair and maintenance of outdoor power equipment is preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to lift 50# without assistance.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools associated with disassembly and failure analysis.
