We are currently recruiting for a mid to senior level Web Developer for our office in Brillion, Wisconsin.



  • Designs and builds complex changes, extensions and enhancements to existing web-based applications according to software standards and conventions.
  • Provides and is responsible for high-level support of mission critical systems and processes.
  • Conducts code reviews and assures QA processes are followed.
  • Works on elements of large and complex installations, performs all aspects of programming assignments, and systems design.
  • Conducts functional design and unit testing for new projects.
  • Assures accurate data quality related to data migration, conversion, and loading processes.
  • Monitors and tunes web-based applications.
  • Collaborates with business analysts to develop design documents.
  • Design and build integrations to 3rd party systems.
  • Design, build and consume web services interfaces.
  • Participates in code deployment and is responsible for optimizing the code migration process.
  • Responsible for review and deployment of 3rd party hotfixes and upgrades.
  • Recommends and implements process improvements and best practices.
  • Works closely with DBA, ERP, IT operations, and other IT teams to ensure reliable, optimally performing systems for our enterprise customers.
  • Mentors junior Web Developers.

Job Requirements


  • Associates degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in web development role

  • Proven experience in .NET related web development
  • Experience developing using the Visual Studio environment
  • Experience with source control/version control using Microsoft TFS
  • Advanced knowledge in HTML, CSS, XML, SQL
  • Knowledgeable in web services development including SOAP and REST
  • Knowledgeable in development best practices
  • Experienced in code review processes and quality reviews


 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS                                           

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent preferred.
  • Certification in Microsoft .NET web development or related technologies preferred.
